Tinsel Town Pop-Up Bar at The Chifley Hotel is dedicated to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests, regardless of ability. We are committed to upholding the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continuously strive to ensure that our venue, services, and communication methods are accessible to everyone.

We understand the importance of providing equal access and are actively working to improve the guest experience through thoughtful design and accommodations. Our team is trained to assist individuals with disabilities and respond to accessibility-related requests promptly and respectfully.

Accessible Entrance and Path of Travel
Guests can access our venue via a clearly marked route that does not require the use of stairs. This pathway is designed to be stable, firm, and slip-resistant to ensure safe and independent access. All ramps at the venue meet ADA slope requirements and are surfaced with non-slip material. Any objects along the route of travel that may protrude into walking space are detectable by individuals using a white cane. Entry doors are equipped with handles that can be operated with a closed fist to support those with limited hand mobility.

Seating and Dining Accessibility
Tinsel Town provides ample aisle space throughout the dining and event areas. All aisles between fixed seating areas are at least 36 inches wide, allowing for easy navigation by wheelchair users and guests with mobility aids. Wheelchair-accessible seating is distributed throughout the venue and is integrated with general seating areas to support inclusivity. In addition, tables and service counters fall within the recommended height range of 28 to 34 inches to accommodate a wide range of guest needs.

Restrooms
At least one public restroom at our venue is fully accessible, offering adequate turning space, accessible fixtures, and grab bars for guest safety. Where other restrooms are not fully accessible, clear signage is posted to direct guests to the nearest compliant facilities.

Requests and Additional Accommodations
We understand that accessibility needs vary. Guests requiring additional accommodations—such as assistance entering the venue, specific seating arrangements, or other support—are encouraged to reach out to us in advance or during their visit. Our staff is here to help and will make every reasonable effort to ensure your experience is comfortable and enjoyable.
